I took Friday off.
I ran a 5k on saturday morning with a time of 20:29. I was pretty happy with the time and am finally starting to see some of the hardwork pay off. I'm hoping in the next month I'll be down in the sub 20's.
No running on Sunday. Recovery after a night of partying.
Monday - I plan to run a 45 minute fartlek. I'm not sure how this is going to go as I feel kinda of sick. I'm hoping this will pass and is just a lingering hangover.
